Massachusetts High School Basketball - McCann Tech holds off Smith Vo-Tech

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting McCann Tech Hornets basketball team scored a close 56-52 triumph over the Smith Vo-Tech Vikings.
The Hornets (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin County Tech (Turners Falls, MA). The Eagles go into the Tri-County - North contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Franklin County Tech nipped Mohawk Trail Regional (Buckland, MA), 66-34, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Smith Vo-Tech falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Lenox Memorial (Lenox, MA) to confront the Millionaires in a non-league game on Monday, January 26. The Millionaires go into the game with a record of 0-4.
