Oakwood Owls (North Hollywood, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host AGBU Titans (Canoga Park, CA), 59-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Oakwood upgrades its record to 14-7 on the season. The Owls host Saugus (Saugus, CA) to clash with the Centurions in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Centurions go into the bout with a record of 14-10. Saugus won 59-55 in their recent league bout against Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Milken Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a Liberty game, on Thursday, January 26. AGBU will attempt to move on its 15-4 season record.
