The Westlake Chaparrals basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Anderson Trojans to 55 in the Chaparrals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chaparrals now sport a 25-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dripping Springs for a 6A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, January 27.

The Trojans (10-17) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Travis (Austin, TX). The Cavaliers enter the 6A Region IV District 26 contest with a 22-5 record. In their last contest, Lake Travis nudged Del Valle (Del Valle, TX), 55-47, in a league contest.
