Texas High School Basketball - Bel Air ripped by Hanks

In Tuesday's league match, the host Hanks Knights basketball team scored a decisive 61-31 triumph over the Bel Air Highlanders.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Horizon Scorpions (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 match, on Friday, January 27. Hanks will attempt to better on its 19-7 season record. The Scorpions enter the match with a 13-12 record after their 45-35 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX).

With the defeat, Bel Air moves to 16-7 on the year. The Highlanders travel to Ysleta (El Paso, TX) to meet the Indians in a 5A Region I District 2 match on Friday, January 27. The Indians enter the match with a record of 15-11. Ysleta lost 44-37 in their recent league match against Parkland (El Paso, TX)
