Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Big Spring can't hold off Gettysburg

The Gettysburg Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Big Spring Bulldogs to 47 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waynesboro for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. Gettysburg will battle a Indians team coming off a 69-29 league win over James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA). The Indians record now stands at 16-1.
With the defeat, Big Spring moves to 7-7 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA) to meet the Blue Devils in a Mid-Penn - Colonial match on Friday, January 27. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 9-4. Greencastle-Antrim won 54-34 in their recent league match against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA)
