The Caldwell Cougars basketball team (Caldwell, ID), was nudged 53-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Vallivue Falcons (Caldwell, ID)

The Falcons now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Kelly for a 4A Southern Idaho battle on Thursday, January 26. Vallivue will battle a Knights team coming off a 51-39 league win over Ridgevue (Nampa, ID). The Knights record now stands at 5-9.

The Cougars (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Emmett (Emmett, ID). The Huskies come into the 4A Southern Idaho battle with a 4-12 record. In their last battle, Emmett was nudged by Skyview (Nampa, ID), 58-29, in a league battle.
