The Superior Central Cougars basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Carney-Nadeau Wolves to 43 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rapid River for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27.

The Wolves (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Park (Crystal Falls, MI). The Trojans enter the Central Upper Peninsula contest with a 4-4 record.
