The Krum Bobcats (Krum, TX) basketball crushed the host Castleberry Lions (Fort Worth, TX), 68-46 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bobcats (15-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Worth (Lake Worth, TX). The Bullfrogs come into the 4A Region I District 8 challenge with a 17-12 record. In their last challenge, Lake Worth was overwhelmed by Springtown (Springtown, TX), 60-59, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Lions confront the Bridgeport Bulls (Bridgeport, TX) in a 4A Region I District 8 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Castleberry will attempt to improve on its 13-11 season record. The Bulls come into the challenge with a 5-21 record after their 74-31 league loss to Decatur (Decatur, TX).
