Putnam Kingsmen (Milwaukie, OR) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Centennial Eagles (Gresham, OR), 67-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Putnam upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Kingsmen travel to Hood River Valley (Hood River, OR) to play the Eagles in a 5A Northwest Oregon bout on Friday, January 27. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 6-8. Hood River Valley won 76-42 in their recent league bout against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR)

Next up, the Eagles play the La Salle Falcons (Milwaukie, OR) in a 5A Northwest Oregon bout, on Thursday, January 26. Centennial will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 71-50 league win over Parkrose (Portland, OR).
