Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN) and the host Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans (Montgomery, MN), saw Central's basketball team get by Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] by a tally of 53-50.
The Raiders now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Litchfield for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 26. Central will battle a Dragons team coming off a 59-43 non-league loss to Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 6-8.
The Titans (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Panthers come into the AA Section 2 battle with a 1-13 record.
