New Jersey High School Basketball - Clifton can't hold off Passaic

The Passaic Indians basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Clifton Mustangs to 60 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newark Vocational for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. Passaic will battle a Eagles team coming off a 49-24 non-league loss to Dumont (Dumont, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 9-3.
The Mustangs (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ). The Golden Knights come into the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, NV - Old Tappan edged Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ), 64-39, in a non-league contest.
