In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Silver Fighting Colts basketball team scored a decisive 74-42 triumph over the Cobre Indians.
In their next game, the Fighting Colts meet the Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) in a 4A District 3 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Silver will attempt to better on its 11-8 season record.
With the defeat, Cobre moves to 7-13 on the year. The Indians travel to Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM) to meet the Tigers in a 3A District 3 match on Tuesday, January 31. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 12-6.
