With the victory, Sauquoit Valley upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Indians host Clinton (Clinton, NY) to play the Warriors in a Section 3 Center State II challenge on Friday, January 27. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 10-3.

Next up, the Hawkeyes play the Waterville Indians (Waterville, NY) in a Section 3 Center State III challenge, on Friday, January 27. Cooperstown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 73-43 league win over Westmoreland (Westmoreland, NY).
