The Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), 70-31 in Tuesday's league test.
The Cardinals (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets go into the 1A Conference 38 test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Carolina International walloped Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC), 96-56, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Community Charter for a 1A Conference 38 test on Friday, January 27. Sugar Creek will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 96-56 league loss to Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 12-7.
