Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) and the host Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA), saw Etowah's basketball squad wallop Creekview by a tally of 80-55.

With the victory, Etowah improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Rome (Rome, GA) to play the Wolves in a AAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Rome won 86-72 in their recent non-league battle against Cass (White, GA)

The Grizzlies (5-17) will now prepare for their battle against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA). The Wolverines come into the AAAAAA Region 6 battle with a 4-18 record. In their last battle, Woodstock was overwhelmed by Sequoyah (Canton, GA), 63-40, in a league battle.
