The Friendly Patriots (Fort Washington, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD), 58-28 in Tuesday's league test.
The Patriots (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Surrattsville was trounced by Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD), 72-30, in a league test.
The Cavaliers now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host Douglass for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test on Thursday, January 26. Crossland will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 63-61 league loss to Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 7-9.
