Everman Bulldogs (Everman, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Polytechnic Parrots (Fort Worth, TX), 60-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Everman upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A Region I District 6 bout on Friday, January 27. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-18. Trimble Tech won 47-46 in their recent league bout against South Hills (Fort Worth, TX)

Next up, the Parrots play the Southwest Raiders (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 6 bout, on Friday, January 27. Polytechnic will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 12-12 record after their 74-71 league win over Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX).
