Prairie Farm Panthers (Prairie Farm, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Flambeau Falcons (Tony, WI), 69-64 in a league bout.

With the victory, Prairie Farm upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Panthers host Birchwood (Birchwood, WI) to play the Bobcats in a Lakeland - East bout on Friday, January 27. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 4-8. Birchwood lost 46-44 in their recent league bout against New Auburn (New Auburn, WI)

Next up, the Falcons play the Prentice Buccaneers (Prentice, WI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. Flambeau will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 59-54 league win over Phillips (Phillips, WI).
