Madison Trojans (Dallas, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Gateway Charter Academy Gators (Dallas, TX), 110-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Madison upgrades its record to 14-13 on the season. The Trojans travel to Village Tech (Duncanville, TX) to clash with the Viper Squid in a 3A Region II District 9 bout on Friday, January 27. The Viper Squid go into the bout with a record of 3-18. Village Tech lost 95-41 in their recent league bout against Trinity Leadership (Cedar Hill, TX)

Next up, the Gators clash with the A Plus Academy Knights (Dallas, TX) in a 3A Region II District 9 bout, on Friday, January 27. Gateway Charter Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 98-7 league loss to Madison (Dallas, TX).
