Maryland High School Basketball - Landon knocked off by Georgetown Prep

The Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Landon Bears to 70 in the Little Hoyas league triumph on Tuesday.
The Little Hoyas now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Albans for a Interstate Athletic contest on Friday, January 27. Georgetown Prep will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 95-69 league loss to Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-7.
The Bears (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA). The Saints enter the VISAA Division I contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, St. Stephen's & St. Agnes ran past Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 71-68, in a league contest.
