Texas High School Basketball - Grape Creek ripped by Wall

The Wall Hawks basketball team scored 81 points and held the host Grape Creek Eagles to 5 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clyde for a 3A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, January 27. Wall will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-26 league win over Merkel (Merkel, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-8.
The Eagles (1-17) will now prepare for their contest against San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX). The Eagles enter the 3A Region I District 6 contest with a 21-5 record. In their last contest, San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy triumphed over Jim Ned (Tuscola, TX), 75-40, in a league contest.
