With the victory, Wyoming East improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Mingo Central (Matewan, WV) to confront the Miners in a Coalfield AA challenge on Friday, January 27. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Mingo Central won 55-52 in their recent league challenge against WestSide (Clear Fork, WV)

Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Summers County Bobcats (Hinton, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Greenbrier West will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 61-55 non-league win over Midland Trail (Hico, WV).
