Texas High School Basketball - Pollok Central trounces Huntington

The Pollok Central Bulldogs (Pollok, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Huntington Red Devils (Huntington, TX), 49-22 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (16-13) will now prepare for their test against Diboll (Diboll, TX). The Lumberjacks go into the 3A Region III District 21 test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Diboll was trounced by Central Heights (Nacogdoches, TX), 65-56, in a league test.

The Red Devils now own a 15-13 record. They play next when they travel to Hemphill for a 3A Region III District 21 test on Friday, January 27. Huntington will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 57-52 league win over Woodville (Woodville, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 12-10.
