The KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate Panthers (Lynn, MA) basketball nipped the host Whittier RVT Wildcats (Haverhill, MA), 61-58 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA). The Knights go into the Commonwealth - Upper test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Northeast Metro RVT was tipped by Greater Lowell Tech (Tyngsborough, MA), 81-44, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Shawsheen Valley Tech for a Commonwealth - Upper test on Friday, January 27. Whittier RVT will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 60-31 league win over Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Rams record now stands at 6-5.
