The Lamar County Trojans basketball team (Barnesville, GA), was nudged 49-46 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Temple Tigers (Temple, GA)
The Tigers now possess a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bowdon for a non-league battle on Friday, January 27. Temple will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 63-43 league loss to W D Mohammed (Atlanta, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-12.
The Trojans (7-13) will now prepare for their battle against Crawford County (Roberta, GA). The Eagles come into the A D1 Region 4 battle with a 6-15 record.
