Arizona High School Basketball - San Tan Charter crushes Leading Edge Academy - GEC

San Tan Charter Roadrunners (Gilbert, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans (Gilbert, AZ), 83-54 in a league bout.

With the win, San Tan Charter upgrades its record to 22-2 on the season. The Roadrunners host Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ) to clash with the Spartans in a 2A Valley bout on Friday, January 27. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Gilbert Classical Academy lost 49-37 in their recent league bout against Arete Prep (Gilbert, AZ)

Next up, the Spartans clash with the Sequoia Charter Stallions (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Leading Edge Academy - GEC will attempt to upgrade on its 21-5 season record. The Stallions go into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 64-54 league loss to Valley Lutheran (Phoenix, AZ).
