Lindsay Lane Christian Academy (Athens, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Woodville Panthers (Woodville, AL), 59-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lindsay Lane Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-13 on the season. The host East Lawrence (Trinity, AL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-7. East Lawrence lost 60-53 in their recent non-league bout against Hatton (Town Creek, AL)

Next up, the Panthers play the Oakwood Academy Mustangs (Huntsville, AL) in a 1A Area 15 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Woodville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
