Tennessee High School Basketball - Macon County knocked off by Livingston Academy

The Livingston Academy Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Macon County Tigers to 36 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeKalb County for a 3A District 7 contest on Friday, January 27. Livingston Academy will battle a Tigers team coming off a 84-45 league loss to White County (Sparta, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 7-11.
The Tigers (3-19) will now prepare for their contest against Upperman (Baxter, TN). The Bees enter the 3A District 7 contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Upperman was defeated by Tennessee Heat (Nashville, TN), 62-56, in a non-league contest.
