In Tuesday's league outing, the Los Fresnos Falcons (Los Fresnos, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Rivera Raiders (Brownsville, TX), by a margin of 65-48.

The Falcons (21-8) will now prepare for their outing against Weslaco (Weslaco, TX). The Panthers go into the 6A Region IV District 32 outing with a 11-18 record. In their last outing, Weslaco was topped by Harlingen (Harlingen, TX), 40-37, in a league outing.

The Raiders now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they host San Benito for a 6A Region IV District 32 outing on Friday, January 27. Rivera will clash with a Greyhounds squad coming off a 52-49 league win over Hanna (Brownsville, TX). The Greyhounds record now stands at 8-9.
