In Tuesday's league outing, the Loudon Redskins (Loudon, TN) basketball squad beat the host McMinn Central Chargers (Englewood, TN), by a count of 77-66.
The Redskins (9-12) will now prepare for their outing against Midway (Kingston, TN). The Green Wave go into the non-league outing with a 4-13 record. In their last outing, Midway was topped by Oakdale (Oakdale, TN), 58-56, in a league outing.
The Chargers now hold a 5-14 record. They play next when they travel to Sweetwater for a 2A District 3 outing on Friday, January 27. McMinn Central will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 48-41 league loss to Meigs County (Decatur, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-7.
