Virginia High School Basketball - Turner Ashby topples Luray

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) basketball squad beat the visiting Luray Bulldogs (Luray, VA), by a count of 54-39.
The Knights (4-13) will now prepare for their outing against Broadway (Broadway, VA). The Gobblers go into the Valley outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Broadway was topped by Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA), 64-50, in a league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Central Woodstock for a Bull Run outing on Friday, January 27. Luray will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 64-50 non-league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-10.
