MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA), 75-68 in a league bout.

With the win, MOC-Floyd Valley upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Dutchmen host Unity Christian (Orange City, IA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Unity Christian lost 78-69 in their recent non-league bout against Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the West Sioux Falcons (Hawarden, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. West Lyon will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 68-62 non-league win over West Monona (Onawa, IA).
