Ohio High School Basketball - Shenandoah tipped by Monroe Central

The Monroe Central Seminoles basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Shenandoah Zeps to 49 in the Seminoles non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Seminoles now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frontier for a non-league contest on Friday, January 27. Monroe Central will meet a Cougars team coming off a 72-50 non-league win over Beallsville (Beallsville, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 6-11.
The Zeps (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Catholic Central (Steubenville, OH). The Crusaders enter the Ohio Valley AA contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Catholic Central nudged Frontier (New Matamoras, OH), 48-37, in a league contest.
