The Nevada Blue Jays (Rosston, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Strong Bulldogs (Strong, AR), 68-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Blue Jays (18-1) will now prepare for their test against Emerson (Emerson, AR). The Pirates go into the 1A Region 8 test with a 4-16 record. In their last test, Emerson was trounced by Dermott (Dermott, AR), 84-64, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Hermitage for a 1A Region 8 test on Friday, January 27. Strong will encounter a Hermits squad coming off a 47-42 non-league win over West Side Christian (El Dorado, AR). The Hermits record now stands at 2-14.
