The Town East Christian Eagles basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Prairie Lea Indians to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winston for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26.

The Indians (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Runge (Runge, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 1A Region IV District 30 contest with a 2-19 record.
