The Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting Tipton Tigers (Tipton, IA), 66-52 in Tuesday's league test.
The Regals (11-6) will now prepare for their test against West Branch (West Branch, IA). The Bears go into the River Valley test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, West Branch notched a victory over West Liberty (West Liberty, IA), 51-48, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Durant for a River Valley test on Friday, January 27. Tipton will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 62-54 league loss to Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-11.
