With the victory, Richards upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Buckholts (Buckholts, TX) to play the Badgers in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout on Friday, January 27. The Badgers come into the bout with a record of 0-10. Buckholts lost 71-9 in their recent league bout against Calvert (Calvert, TX)

Next up, the Cubs play the North Zulch Bulldogs (North Zulch, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 29 bout, on Friday, January 27. Round Top-Carmine will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 16-9 record after their 66-35 league win over McDade (McDade, TX).
