Ohio High School Basketball - Southern knocked off by Waterford

The Waterford Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Southern Tornadoes to 35 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Gallia for a Tri-Valley II contest on Friday, January 27.
The Tornadoes (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Trimble (Glouster, OH). The Tomcats enter the Tri-Valley II contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Trimble was defeated by Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville, OH), 61-37, in a non-league contest.
