The William Tennent Panthers (Warminster, PA) basketball knocked off the host Springfield Township Spartans (Erdenheim, PA), 81-64 in Tuesday's league test.

The Panthers (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Upper Moreland (Willow Grove, PA). The Bears go into the Suburban One - American test with a 11-6 record. In their last test, Upper Moreland went down by Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA), 58-39, in a league test.

The Spartans now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they host New Hope-Solebury for a Suburban One - American test on Friday, January 27. Springfield Township will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 58-39 league loss to Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Lions record now stands at 3-17.
