Florida High School Basketball - Taylor County overwhelms Wakulla

January 24, 2023: Crawfordville, FL 32327

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Taylor County Bulldogs (Perry, FL) and the host Wakulla War Eagles (Crawfordville, FL), saw Taylor County's basketball squad wallop Wakulla by a count of 78-36.

With the victory, Taylor County upgrades its record to 8-11 on the year. The Bulldogs host Florida A&M (Tallahassee, FL) to face the Baby Rattlers in a non-league match on Friday, January 27. The Baby Rattlers enter the match with a record of 0-18. Florida A&M lost 90-73 in their recent non-league match against Madison County (Madison, FL)

With the defeat, Wakulla moves to 4-16 on the year. The War eagles travel to North Bay Haven Academy (Panama City, FL) to face the Buccaneers in a 4A District 2 match on Wednesday, January 25. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 3-14. North Bay Haven Academy lost 80-53 in their recent non-league match against South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL)
