In Tuesday's league outing, the Tuckerman Bulldogs (Tuckerman, AR) basketball squad beat the host Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR), by a count of 58-43.
The Bulldogs (14-13) will now prepare for their outing against Salem (Salem, AR). The Greyhounds go into the 3A Region 2 outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Salem was topped by Newport (Newport, AR), 65-50, in a league outing.
The Bobcats now hold a 9-12 record. They play next when they travel to Cave City for a 3A Region 2 outing on Wednesday, February 1. Walnut Ridge will clash with a Cavemen squad coming off a 57-50 league loss to Hoxie (Hoxie, AR). The Cavemen record now stands at 3-17.
