Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Upper Perkiomen can't hold off Upper Merion Area

The Upper Merion Area Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Upper Perkiomen Indians to 49 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Phoenixville for a Pioneer - Frontier contest on Thursday, January 26. Upper Merion Area will battle a Phantoms team coming off a 61-60 league loss to Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA). The Phantoms record now stands at 4-10.
The Indians (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA). The Falcons enter the Pioneer - Frontier contest with a 4-9 record.
