The Palmer Ridge Bears basketball team (Monument, CO), was nudged 53-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO)
The Kadets now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lutheran for a battle on Thursday, January 26. Air Academy will confront a Lions team coming off a 75-73 league loss to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO). The Lions record now stands at 6-5.
The Bears (0-9) will now prepare for their battle against Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks come into the battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Cheyenne Mountain was nudged by Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO), 72-56, in a league battle.
