Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA), 46-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sacred Heart Prep upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Gators host Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Half Moon Bay won 46-35 in their recent league bout against Aragon (San Mateo, CA)

Next up, the Titans play the Harker Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. Gunn will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 38-26 non-league loss to Woodside (Woodside, CA).
