Illinois High School Basketball - Aqsa can't hold off College Prep of America

The College Prep of America Thunder basketball team scored 28 points and restricted the host Aqsa Legends to 24 in the Thunder league victory on Tuesday.
The Thunder now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Islamic Foundation for a Metro Prep contest on Wednesday, January 25. College Prep of America will battle a Chargers team coming off a 57-20 non-league loss to Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 5-8.
The Legends (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Islamic Foundation (Villa Park, IL). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Islamic Foundation was nudged by Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL), 43-23, in a non-league contest.
