Texas High School Basketball - Bangs topped by Miles

The Miles Bulldogs basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Bangs Dragons to 35 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roscoe for a 2A Region I District 8 contest on Friday, January 27. Miles will battle a Plowboys team coming off a 41-24 league win over Coleman (Coleman, TX). The Plowboys record now stands at 12-5.

With the defeat, Bangs moves to 9-18 on the year. The Dragons host Winters (Winters, TX) to meet the Blizzards in a 2A Region I District 8 match on Friday, January 27. The Blizzards enter the match with a record of 8-18. Winters lost 31-15 in their recent league match against Colorado (Colorado City, TX)
