North Carolina High School Basketball - South Mecklenburg trounces Berry

January 24, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28208

The South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), 73-26 in Tuesday's league test.

The Sabres (16-4) will now prepare for their test against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights go into the 4A Conference 49 test with a 12-7 record.

The Cardinal now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Harding University for a 4A Conference 49 test on Friday, January 27. Berry will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 79-10 league loss to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Rams record now stands at 2-17.
