The Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Monticello Magic (Monticello, MN), 51-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bluejackets (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Princeton went down by Becker (Becker, MN), 71-42, in a league test.
The Magic now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they host North Branch for a non-league test on Thursday, January 26. Monticello will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 44-43 non-league loss to Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 4-10.
