East Hickman County Eagles (Lyles, TN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Camden Central Lions (Camden, TN), 47-29 in a league bout.

With the win, East Hickman County upgrades its record to 14-9 on the season. The Eagles host Stewart County (Dover, TN) to clash with the Rebels in a 2A District 11 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 4-13.

Next up, the Lions clash with the Stewart County Rebels (Dover, TN) in a 2A District 11 bout, on Friday, January 27. Camden Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 4-13 record after their 44-25 league loss to Hickman County (Centerville, TN).
