South Carolina High School Basketball - Scott's Branch topped by Carvers Bay

The Carvers Bay Bears basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Scott's Branch Eagles to 46 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnsonville for a A Region 5 contest on Friday, January 27. Carvers Bay will battle a Flashes team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Hemingway (Hemingway, SC). The Flashes record now stands at 1-7.

The Eagles (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against East Clarendon (Turbeville, SC). The Wolverines come into the A Region 5 contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, East Clarendon prevailed over Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC), 38-20, in a league contest.
